Just try it, you won't be disappointed, it's my new go to spot, there was 1 on Dakota and fruit that closed, so now I drive to Herndon and cedar, well worth the drive. I hit up R & N market on my way home, so the spot is a win win for me.

You'll see two signs from the outside: Bambu and Nho Kitchen. It's just one place, so it's okay to use the Bambu door to enter! We went on a Sunday around noon. It was packed. Upon entering, there is a notebook on a stand for you to write your name and the number of guests in your party. We did, and waited for about 5 minutes, then were taken to our table. Restaurant: - The entrance (on the Bambu side) can be confusing as there can be a lot of people waiting in that area: waiting to order their drink, waiting for their drink, waiting for their food, waiting to be seated, waiting to pay their check...etc. - Packed (it was rush hour). Tables & chairs are really close to one another. If you're looking for privacy or don't like overcrowded places, not for you. - The place looked decently clean. Staff: - Busy and all about business. - Our waiter was very busy, but attentive. Food: - Wait was decent. - Hubby got the ox tail pho bowl. I got the beef stew. Both dishes had a very good broth. I ordered a separate piece of French bread for my beef stew which came with rice noodle. The bread was warm, but probably not enough because the inside was still a little frozen :( - Ice water was most likely tap water; tasted too strong for me. We'll probably go back because their pho is pretty good, but might try to avoid lunch or dinner time.

It was a perfect soup day while in Fresno visiting family.. it was a cold day with light rain so you have to have pho... the wait was not bad despite the small crowd waitingbout front..we ordered all the usual Vietnamese staples, fried egg rolls , shrimp spring rolls. The ox tail pho , all were delicious, the filet mignon (shaken Beef) perfect .. but for me, the pork belly bahn mi was superb. One of the best I've tasted. The baguette was how it should be crunchy crust and soft inside. The flavor of the pork belly ever so delicious!! We will definitely be back again and again.

Food: beef pho & seafood pho 5/5. amazing base flavors, don't even need any sauces & the seafood tastes great. Service: 2 people within 5 mins checking in on us. worried at first but left us alone most of the time eating. 5/5 Ambiance: A little crowded but I can see why now. not too loud music or people(not that they can control that but it could be something of note). 4/5

I will be thinking about this pho until the next time I have it. The service was so quick and the pho was phenomenal! Not only was this some of the best pho I've had but this is one of the best restaurants I've been to since moving to Fresno. Highly recommend Nho Kitchen.

To my surprise the pho is so tasty here. Tasty broth and the meat was delicious. They have oxtail which I got but it was so awkward for me to eat I'd prob stick with the other meats next time. This is probably our new favorite pho in the area now. It did leave that salty taste on my tongue after. Wish it was slightly cleaner (our table didn't have napkins) and sauces were dusty but that's kind of expected in this part of town. It's pretty typical. Fairly busy at lunchtime so there was a bit of a wait to be served. I got a bambu special drink as well and it was only okay. The coconut was like two pieces. I know this is a chain but I think I had a better experience in Irvine.

Excellent Vietnamese cuisine. Service is fast and professional and the food is top notch. The pho broth is full bodied and flavorful but my favorite is the Bun Cha. Huge portions with pork and shrimp, pickled veggies, noodles and a healthy serving of lettuce and herbs topped with peanuts. Definitely enough for 2 meals! The table is laden with all the sauces, seasonings and toppings one might need to make each dish their own. They are have an extensive drink menu--the passion fruit refresher was delicious as was the Thai iced tea. And...they have the good ice. Place is packed at lunch time but with the speedy service, diners move in and out quickly. Located around the back side of a strip mall, Nho kitchen can be a bit hard to find but definitely worth it.
